These are the majority of the seasonings that I use almost daily on everything from eggs to pork butts. As you'd expect, The two Gospel's are their most diverse seasonings that are literally good on anything. Not too much heat if your family doesn't like spicy flavors, you can make use of this one on every dish.
Holy Cow is obviously intended for beef cuts. Great for burgers, steaks, depending on your taste, and even a good rub for briskets.
Honey Hog is a sweeter seasoning, and I have used this in even a homemade honey mustard sauce before. This is my go-to for pork butts, and I usually follow them up with Holy Voodoo to add some heat.
Voodoo is the spiciest in this line-up. Its a great adder to tacos, or other Mexican dishes. It can accompany any of the other seasonings as a gradual heat addition per your taste.
