The 2024 model of the Blackstone 22" Tabletop Griddle should be on your list if you cook when you travel or camp. This is a tried and true method of cooking outdoors. We use our tabletop griddle a lot at drag races, and it keeps us from buying as much expensive food booth meals.

This Blackstone griddle is noted to be high quality, and sure to last you for years to come if taken care of. The cast iron top is sturdy and seasons easy for a nonstick surface. There is a grease catch molded into the back of the cast iron to direct excess grease from your bacon or burgers to a tray for quick cleanup.

Despite the size you can still cook for a crowd. Blackstone claims you can cook up to 23 fried eggs, 60 hot dogs, or 12 New York Strip steaks. The two burners allow for different temperature zones, depending on what you're cooking up. This is a great unit to make up some some delicious tacos, mini pizzas, or smash-burgers.

The size and weight of the unit isn't terrible and it beats taking the full-size units on your trip. The lid is extremely nice during cooking as well as storage, as you don't need a case for it if you don't want one. Like all of these small units, this one runs on the green propane bottles.
